Introducer Programme Terms
Version: 22 October 2026
These terms are between you and Seawolf Facilities Services Ltd, trading as Gevu, a company registered in England & Wales (no. 15028189) (“we”, “us”). They apply when you join the introducer programme at /refer or we add you after you agree to them.
1. What the programme is
You introduce cleaning businesses that might benefit from Gevu. You do not sell, negotiate or sign anything for us. You are not our employee, agent or partner, you have no authority to make promises or agree terms on our behalf, and the customer signs up with us directly.
2. Joining
You apply and we decide whether to approve you. When we approve you, we email you a personal link and code. We can decline an application without giving a reason.
3. Which customers count as yours
A company counts as introduced by you when it signs up through your link, types your code into “Who recommended us?” when it signs up, or we agree in writing that you introduced it. If two introducers claim the same company, the first link or code used wins. A company does not count if it already had an account with us, if we were already in active talks with it before your introduction (as shown in our records), or if it is your own business or a business you or your family own or work for.
4. What you earn
Unless your approval email says otherwise, you earn 10% of the subscription payments each company you introduced actually makes to us, excluding VAT, for 12 months from that company’s first payment. Commission is not paid on AI credit top-ups, DBS checks, Job Exchange fees or other one-off charges, or on any period the company is not paying.
5. When you are paid
Commission becomes payable 60 days after the customer’s payment. We pay by bank transfer within the following calendar month once at least £25 is payable; smaller amounts roll over to the next month. Send your bank details to custodia@seawolfservices.co.uk. If you are VAT-registered, send us a VAT invoice for each payout and we will pay the VAT on top.
6. Refunds and cancellations
If we refund a payment, the commission on it is cancelled; if we have already paid it to you, we take it off your next payout. If a company cancels, you keep what you earned on payments it made and earn nothing after it stops paying.
7. How you may introduce people
- Say you are paid. Anything you post or publish about Gevu must be labelled as an ad (for example “#ad” or “Ad:” at the start), as the CAP Code and CMA guidance require.
- Only contact people who know you or have agreed to hear from you. Never send unsolicited marketing emails, texts or social messages to sole traders or partnerships, never buy or scrape contact lists, and never call numbers registered with the TPS or CTPS. If you break the e-privacy rules while promoting us, you are responsible for it.
- Ask before you pass on someone’s details. If you send us a person’s name, email, phone number or other contact details instead of them using your link or code, first get that person’s OK for you to share them with us and for us to contact them about Gevu. We may ask you to confirm you have it, and we will not contact them if you cannot.
- Only say what is true. Use the facts on our website. Do not promise savings, prices, discounts or features we do not offer.
- No paid ads on our name. Do not bid on Gevu or Seawolf in search ads or use our logos without our written permission.
- Advisers tell their clients. If you advise the business you introduce (for example as its accountant or consultant), tell it you are paid for the introduction before it signs up.
- No inducements. Do not pay or reward anyone working for a business to get that business to sign up.
8. Tax
You are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance on what you earn. We keep a record of every payout.
9. Changes and ending
We can change these terms, including the commission rate or period, by giving you at least 30 days’ written notice. A change applies only to customer payments made after it takes effect. Either of us can end your membership at any time by email; you will still be paid commission due on payments made before it ends. If you break section 7 or act dishonestly, we can end your membership immediately and cancel any commission connected with that conduct.
10. Your information
We keep your name, contact and payout details to run the programme, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We tell you which companies signed up through you and what you have earned, and nothing else about those customers.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
