Yes. A free account can make one document a day, an invoice or an estimate, and the allowance resets at midnight UK time. There is no card and no trial attached to the free account.

Why do I need an account to download?

So your business details, clients, sites and prices are saved and fill in next time. You can fill in the invoice and see the preview without one; the account is only needed for the PDF.

Does making an account start a trial?

No. A trial only starts if you choose to start one, for example to schedule a job from an accepted estimate. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

Can I change or remove what’s saved?

Yes. Your saved details page lists your business details, clients, sites and services, and you can edit or remove them at any time.

Can I add VAT and my bank details?

Yes. Tick “I’m VAT registered” to add your VAT number and rate, and add your bank details so they print on the invoice for your client.
